Licensing Terms

Paid Version

You are entitled with a royalty free license to use our icons in all your projects (your personal, your company, or your client) without any limitation. We don't restrict you on what you can do with our icons. You can modify them as much as you like. You can use them in your commercial and non-commercial apps, websites, printings, 3D software, tattoo, banners, and anywhere at all.

However, you are not allowed to resell or distribute these icons.


Free Version

Our free icon version (IconBeast Lite) are published under Creative Commons Attribution license. You can use these icons in all your projects, but we required you to credit us by including a http link back to IconBeast website.

You are also allowed to distribute IconBeast Lite and/or World Flags (Free) to your website, but you must mentioned that these icon sets came from IconBeast. You must also put a link back to us in your website.

Buying Guide

How do I pay and receive the icons?

Simply click the Purchase button, and we'll direct you to our Paypal payment gateway. You can either pay with your Paypal balance or credit cards. Once your payment has been successfully transacted, we will automatically send you the download link.

Technical Questions

Can I edit (resize, change color, and modify) the icons myself?

Yes, you can easily edit the icons with the vector files (EPS and AI) yourself. However, you will require to have software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, or Inkscape to do this. Inkscape is available for free at inkscape.org


How big can I resize the icon?

Unlimited. Vector graphics can be resized to any size.


What colors are you using for the PNG?

We have 3 colors now - black (#000000), grey (#929292), and blue (#007AFF). The grey and the blue we supply are the standard colors used in iOS 8 tab bar icons.


Apart from the line icons, can I still use the classic icons (people, food, and etc) in my app?

Of course, line icons are just a style preference. Your app may have different style and does not necessary need to follow the thin style design. Every app is special and serves its own purposes. All our icons are designed with iOS in mind.


Why are the icons sized at 30*30, 60*60, and 90*90 pixels for tab bar and 20*20, 40*40, and 60*60 pixels for the toolbar?

We follow all the requirements provided by Apple's iOS developers documentation. Under the documentation, the size for iOS tab bar icons is 30*30 pixels (60*60 and 90*90 pixels for retina display) and 20*20 pixels (40*40 and 60*60 pixels for retina display) for the toolbar.


Will these icons still be useful outside iOS?

Yes, they works amazingly great on Android, website, banner, prints, and anywhere at all.


Does the world flags contain detail designs when I enlarge them?

Unfortunately no. The flag designs are only good in the original size (30*20) because they were designed in that dimension.
